What areas do you serve? +
We primarily serve the North Georgia area, including Cumming, Alpharetta, and surrounding cities. Please contact us if you're unsure!
How do I rent an item? +
Select the equipment on our booking form, choose your event date and submit your contact details. We'll confirm availability and send payment instructions for the deposit.
Do you require a deposit? +
Yes, we require a small deposit to secure your rental date. Full payment is due upon delivery.
What happens if it rains? +
We understand weather can be unpredictable. If your event is canceled due to weather, your deposit will be fully refunded or can be applied to a future date.
Are your bounce houses cleaned? +
Absolutely. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every rental.
How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during weekends and holidays.
